What is a joint venture?

A joint venture (also known as JVs or strategic alliance) can be defined as an agreement that will be of mutual benefit between two (or more) parties that have complimentary assets.

Joint ventures focus on taking existing assets from strategic partnerships to generate leads, increase sales, and enhance the client experience for all parties involved.

This makes joint ventures the ultimate time management tool for businesses looking to grow quickly with minimum risk.

Despite being a very powerful marketing strategy, according to the legendary Jay Abraham, less than 5% of all business owners use joint ventures properly and most don’t know how to use them at all.

Why joint ventures?

We are all aware that over the past 20 years we have seen the world go through incredible change; moving from the Industrial Age to the Digital Age.

While this has brought with it incredible advances in every field from communication to technology to medicine, it has also brought with it new challenges.

It is precisely these challenges that joint ventures are able to overcome.

What most people are unaware of is that during the same time frame another revolution has taken place.

The 20th-century business model has given way to a new model, one that emphasizes collaboration over competition.

Companies that embrace this new model will not just survive but thrive in the years to come.

Why me?

As a Joint Venture Broker, I work with companies in finding partnerships that will take them to the next level.

It is my job to spot trends in the marketplace and give companies a fresh perspective.

We must understand that there are only three ways to grow ANY business:

  • Increase the number of clients.
  • Increase the average transaction value.
  • Increase the frequency of repurchases.

To better understand the power and the simplicity of joint ventures, take a look at this illustration.

Through strategic alliances, I work on 8 separate pillars to achieve growth in one, two or all of the above three columns making exponential growth not only possible but simple.
